What This Isn't
To understand what this is, its important to first know what it Isn't.
This is Not:
* a Loan Modification
* a Bankruptcy
* a Default
* a Short Sale
* a Loan
* a Compromise
* a Loss Mediation
* a Foreclosure
* a Reverse Mortgage
It isn't like anything you've ever seen or heard of before.
Deception
The U.S. Mortgage DECEPTION System - For decades, the Mortgage and Banking industry has been playing a very dangerous
and deceptive game with claims, promises and representations that are often far from the truth.
The result of that deception is that the consumer may be paying the bank for something that in reality, the bank does not own.
The bank has been paid in full and therefore is now charging you for something they no longer own.
Here's an example:
It's similar to when a Collection company buys a charged off account from a creditor. The Creditor (store for example) no longer
owns your account and therefore they have no right accepting money from you since they sold your account and no longer own
it. Because of our process, the collector has no right of collection or ownership either, even if they bought your account.
Warning
BEWARE OF IMPOSTORS, IMPERSONATORS & PHONIES
This is nothing like anything you have ever seen or heard of before!
You may see ads that appear to do similar programs but I assure you that this is a unique program. It is not a simple forensic
analysis nor a loan mod or anything that you have ever heard of or seen before.
This is something you should not do by yourself or by amateurs.
One reason why...
One of the documents that you have to complete and fill out is a federally regulated document. It is intentionally changed on a
regular basis for specific reasons. If you are not aware of the change and you fill out the wrong edition, you can not only be denied
your claim but you could face charges from the Treasury Dept.
Our team of experts are professionals at Government law, regulations and policy. They are kept abreast of the changes in law
daily so that there is never a problem.
This is very serious. Although the concept is rather elementary, I assure you that the process is so intricate that unless you have
the assistance of professionals with a track record of success you may find yourself on the wrong end of the IRS and the Judicial
system.
